During my stay at Hotel Flora Wellness & Beauty, I appreciated the location and the helpful staff, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room and some facilities. The thermal pools were a nice touch, yet the indoor pool cleanliness left something to be desired. Overall, I had a pleasant time but felt there were areas that could use improvement.
